While we offer a 3-hour bread baking class in Paris to all you lovers of bread, in reality, to make great bread you need several days. Chef Eric shares with you the “secret” to baking delicious, healthy homemade bread. Each day is filled with bread recipes from starter to finish. You’ll make about 2-3 bread recipes per day and at the end of class, we’ll sit down for lunch and discuss the recipes we’ve made that day.
