Aside from our own staff offering you their advice on traveling in Paris (and Fgreater France), we’ve collaborated with a wonderful group of francophiles who can’t wait to share their secrets with you. Chef Eric Fraudeau, is the owner & creator of our school. With over 40 years of culinary expertise and a passion for sharing his knowledge of French food & wine, he created a cozy setting where food & wine lovers could come together for a convivial learning experience.
